Holistic psychotherapy helping you reduce anxiety, improve your relationships, find clarity, and live a life aligned with your values.
Located in Austin, TX & providing virtual holistic psychotherapy to residents of Texas and Massachusetts.
Ever feel like your anxiety is so present and constant that you can’t tell what’s your anxiety versus your intuition?
Are you struggling in dating or maintaining healthy relationships? Maybe you're navigating intense career stress, a major life transition, or struggling with your self-esteem? If any of these sound like you - you’re in the right place!
In my work with clients, I take a holistic approach - looking at the body, mind and soul - and we go deep!
As we dive deep, my supportive, hands-on style is also designed to assist you in building a toolbox of skills to take with you. My goal is for you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your values and the changes you desire and then work with you to build skills and feel confident and empowered to make those changes and build the life you want.
I am actively invested in motivating my clients to challenge negative thinking, change undesired patterns, and embrace their true potential. I truly love this work, and I consider it an immense privilege to be welcomed into my client’s lives.
