I am able to accept payment through all major credit/debit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards.

*As a licensed therapist in Texas and Massachusetts, my fees are insurance reimbursable with out-of-network benefits. If your plan includes an HSA, you are also able to use your HSA funds and benefits for sessions as well.

  • I am in-network with Aetna in Texas and Massachusetts and work with all other providers through out-of-network benefits. If you have an HSA as part of your insurance benefits, you are also able to use your HSA funds for sessions.

  • To find out if you have out-of-network benefits, use the form provided on this page.

To use your benefits, I am able to provide a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. If preferred, I have also partnered with Mentaya to help make the insurance process seamless and easy for you. Happy to discuss this further via a consultation call!

To learn more about your benefits, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:

    - Does my plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health?

    - What is my annual deductible for mental health benefits?

    - What percentage does the plan cover? How much will I be paying per session with this co-insurance?

    - Is there a limit on the number of sessions your plan will cover per year?

    - How do I submit my superbills for reimbursement?

  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots in my schedule. If you do not think you can afford my full fee, please do not hesitate to contact me. If I’m unable to offer you a sliding scale spot, I’d be happy to provide trusted referrals in the area or add you to my waitlist.

  • Yes! For in-person sessions, my office is based in downtown Austin, TX. For virtual sessions, I am able to see patients virtually throughout Texas and Massachusetts. If you live in any of those three states, we can work together!

  • Typically, patients come to therapy weekly or bi-weekly depending on their goals and needs at the time. I do recommend at the start of therapy that we meet weekly for at least 4 sessions to really gain a foundation in the work before moving to bi-weekly. There is also always an opportunity to increase session frequency as well if that will best meet your needs at the time.

  • Our free consultation call is an opportunity for you to discuss your goals and needs in seeking therapy, learn more about me and my style and see if we are a good fit, and learn more about how therapy can benefit you. We will also review logistics and make sure you have all your questions answered before our first session. These calls typically last about 15-20 minutes.

  • If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, please call 911 or 988 (suicide and crisis lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room and ask for the mental health clinician on call.
