DBT Skills Group Program
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a powerful, skills-based approach that helps you manage intense emotions, reduce impulsive behaviors, interrupt black and white thinking and create more balance in your life. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from DBT. This program is ideal for anyone ready to learn practical therapeutic skills for navigating life more skillfully and with less suffering.
Open Enrollment - Adult DBT Skills Group (Winter 2026)
Starting on Wednesday, January 21, 2026
Hosted virtually via Zoom Wednesdays, 5:45PM - 7:00PM ET/4:45PM - 6:00PM CT
Reviews all four DBT skills modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness through a 20-week program.
Each group session includes:
Mindfulness practice
Check-In
Homework Review
DBT Skills Teaching
Intake sessions are included and will take place prior to the group’s start.
We'll have 10 members maximum per group.
Requirements:
Must be 18+ years old.
Complete an individual intake session before the start day of the group.
Must be participating in ongoing individual therapy.
Insurance & Investment:
I am in-network with Aetna and can offer out-of-network benefits with other insurance providers such as BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and others.
For out-of-network benefits, the program is $75 per session. Participants pay per module, which is every 5-6 weeks, and comes to $375 per module. Using out of network benefits, clients are often able to get between 60 - 90% reimbursement for all attended sessions. Superbills are provided.
DBT Group sessions are HSA/FSA eligible.
