DBT Skills Group Program

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a powerful, skills-based approach that helps you manage intense emotions, reduce impulsive behaviors, interrupt black and white thinking and create more balance in your life. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from DBT. This program is ideal for anyone ready to learn practical therapeutic skills for navigating life more skillfully and with less suffering.
