At GML Therapy, PLLC, we are dedicated to providing integrative holistic psychotherapy that supports your growth across the mind, body, and soul. We are a private practice offering compassionate and effective psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families. Our practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, integrating researched modalities to help you reduce anxiety, heal relationships, build self-esteem, gain clarity, and see the change you desire in your life.

We are based in Austin, TX, seeing clients in-person at our downtown office. We’re also proud to serve clients throughout the state of Texas and in Massachusetts, offering virtual therapy options in both states.

Integrative Approach

Therapy is not one size fits all. By drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), transpersonal psychology and trauma-informed care, we tailor therapeutic tools to your unique experiences.

Balancing Therapeutic Exploration & Skills

Our therapeutic style focuses on balancing being mindful of what skills and tools we need now in the present moment and exploring ourselves, our history, and the root cause of our distress. In sessions, you will build tangible tools such as emotion‑regulation strategies and mindfulness practices while also exploring to gain interpersonal insights that empower you long after you leave therapy.

What We Offer


Individual Therapy

Weekly or bi-weekly individual psychotherapy sessions that are tailored to your individual needs. Individual therapy is offered in-person in Austin, TX and virtually throughout Texas and Massachusetts.

Couples Therapy

Weekly or bi-weekly couples therapy sessions are available for all stages of relationships. We support couples in all stages to enhance communication, address conflict or infidelity, rebuild trust, rebuild intimacy and deepen connection.

DBT Skills Group Program

GML Therapy, PLLC offers a virtual DBT Skills Group that meets weekly via Zoom. The group is didactic, feeling more like a class, and we learn DBT skills across four modules: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. There are two groups hosted each year - one starts in January and one starts in August.

Individual DBT Skills Program

The Individual Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Program is built for clients who want to learn DBT Skills, but desire a more personalized program rather than a group format. This 20-session program is adjunctive to individual therapy as it solely focuses on DBT skill-building across all four modules: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance.

Faith‑based Therapy

For clients wishing to integrate spiritual or religious beliefs into their personal healing journey, we also offer faith-informed therapy options. In this model, we integrate therapeutic modalities with values from the client’s spiritual identities. We are currently able to offer this for clients who identify as Christian, Catholic, Jewish or agnostic.
